A proctored exam is an exam that must be taken in-person at an approved KCTCS testing site. Even classes that are listed as fully online may require 1-2 proctored exams. If you’re a Jefferson student, this can be done at any of our six campuses.
To schedule an appointment to take a proctored exam, first click on the campus you attend, to determine the date and time that meets your needs. Then fill out the form below.
All non-Jefferson students can find their local proctoring sites at the KCTCS list of proctoring sites.
Online students with documented disabilities requiring individualized accommodations for proctored exams should contact the Disability Resource Coordinator at their Home College prior to making an appointment for a proctored exam.
Proctored exams on the Carrollton Campus are available throughout the semester Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. You may also request a later time if needed.
We have limited computer availability. If you request a time that is unavailable we will send you an email asking you to choose another time.
Please see the schedule below for the mid-term schedule for Fall 2016:
Proctored exams on the Downtown Campus are available throughout the semester Monday – Friday at 8am, 10am, noon and 2pm.
Our Shelby County Campus has limited exam times, please request a time to take the proctored exam and an instructor will schedule an appointment with you. You may also schedule a test at the Downtown Campus, to better fit your schedule.
