Students may repeat a course as many times as they feel it necessary to bring their competence up the levels desired, subject to the approval of the division chairperson.
To exercise a repeat option for the purpose of improving a grade, a course must be repeated with the same grade option as the original enrollment in the course.
Before repeating a course, the student must notify in writing the president of the college (or designee) in which the student's enrolled.
The highest grade earned in a completed course shall constitute the official grade for the courses.
