The Records Office will help you with numerous services both during your time at Jefferson and after graduation.
Please follow the Academic Calendar for the deadline or requirements for withdrawing.
Before midterm a student may withdraw in person at the Records Office or by emailing us at JF-Records-Office@kctcs.edu from your school email address. Include your ID#, course details and that you wish to withdraw.
After midterm, faculty permission is required. You may obtain permission via your school email address and forward it to us from, your school email with your ID# and course details (email must be sent by 11:59PM on the deadline day to be official) OR in person (forms available in the Records Office) and bring the signed form to the Records Office with a photo ID by closing on the deadline day.
