J-Board accepting student applications
J-Board is looking for students interested in serving on Jefferson’s judicial board. J-Board helps determine if students were in violation of the Student Code of Conduct. If a student is found in violation, J-Board then decides the appropriate disciplinary action. This is a great resume builder for students interested in the fields of psychology, criminal justice, sociology, law, education and political science.
Students who qualify must be enrolled in at least two classes at Jefferson, earned at least 12 credit hours at JCTC, be in good standing and have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
If you are interested in applying to serve on J-Board, e-mail Kem Longino at email@example.com and request an application and recommendation form. Applications are due by Oct. 9. If you have been selected to serve on the J-Board, you will receive an e-mail by Oct. 30.
If you have any questions regarding the J-Board, please feel free to contact Telly Sellars at firstname.lastname@example.org, 213-2181 on the Downtown Campus or Cindy Dean at email@example.com or 213-7238 on the Southwest campus.
