Grainger Tools for Tomorrow Scholarship
Scholarship opportunity for Jefferson students enrolled in a Skilled Trades, Public Safety, or Supply Chain Programs. Applications for this scholarship are due Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
The Grainger Tools for Tomorrow scholarship provides $2000 to a student who will be enrolled full-time in their final year (during the 2018-19 year) of a Skilled Trades, Public Safety, or Supply Chain program.
Qualified programs include: Skilled Trades - electronic systems, heating/air conditioning, plumbing, welding, automotive, construction, facilities maintenance or other industrial trades, Public Safety - including first responder, law enforcement (city, county, state), prison guard, firefighter, fire safety, emergency medical technician, emergency management and disaster preparedness programs, Supply Chain – supply chain management, transportation, distribution or logistics.
Upon graduation, Grainger provides a valuable toolkit customized to their program of study.
Completed scholarship application along with required documentation (see application) should be submitted to the Student Services or Financial Aid offices on any campus or emailed to Karen Scrivner or Lisa Schrenger.
