The Kentucky Community and Technical College System’s Board of Regents voted a $6 per in-state credit hour increase for the 2017-18 school year. The Board pledged to minimize the increase in such a way that still keeps tuition at Jefferson and other colleges in the system the lowest in Kentucky.
Small tuition increases help keep quality faculty at Jefferson and allows the College
to make improvements to campuses that enhance the student experience. Jefferson is
making a substantial investment in updating student technology with new computers
and software at all of our campuses. The college is also adding more faculty to provide
more course options to fit student schedule needs.
Jefferson has kept these increases to a minimum while our competitors’ prices continue to rise at a much higher rate. At no other college will you receive such a high return on your valuable investment.
