HUB Hygiene Form

This form allows students of the college the ability to request hygiene and cleaning products through The HUB at Jefferson Food Pantry once a month. However, these items are limited, and students may not receive every item they requested. These items should only be requested out of necessity and/or in emergency situations. Please note that items must be picked up within one week of a staff member calling to inform you that your items are ready.
