Proctored Exam Request
For more information, please contact A proctored exam is an exam that must be taken in-person at an approved KCTCS testing site. Even classes that are listed as fully online may require 1-2 proctored exams. If you're a Jefferson student, this can be done at any of our six campuses.
To schedule an appointment to take a proctored exam, first click on the campus you attend, to determine the date and time that meets your needs. Then fill out the form below.
All non-Jefferson students can find their local proctoring sites at the KCTCS list of proctoring sites.
Online students with documented disabilities requiring individualized accommodations for proctored exams should contact the Disability Resource Coordinator at their Home College prior to making an appointment for a proctored exam.
The Bullitt County Campus is not proctoring exams this summer. Please request your proctored exam at another campus that is convenient for you.
We are available for proctored exam testing Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00am – 2:30pm throughout the semester.
If you request a time that is already full or unavailable we will send you an email asking you to choose another time so please check your email for confirmation of your day and time.
