15K Degrees Scholarships
15K Degrees is an initiative to actively engage and mobilize Louisville's African-American community to support educational attainment. Although the scholarship is not renewable, students may re-apply each year for consideration.
Eligibility
- Must be resident of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
- Must be of African-American descent.
- High school graduating seniors with a 2.5 GPA.
- Current or Returning students, must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.0.
- Demonstrate financial need.
Where Can I use this scholarship?
Recipients may use the scholarship award at one of the following schools:
- Bellarmine University
- Indiana University Southeast
- Jefferson Community & Technical College
- Kentucky State University
- Simmons College of Kentucky
- Spalding University
- University of Louisville
