01/10	DT	LIB	TBUT under $300	An employee of the Hartford building bookstore observed a African American male tall heavy build with navy blue jacket on stealing two books. Search was conducted and subject was nowhere to be found.
01/11	DT	Campus	Disorderly Conduct	Security responded to a complaint of a disruptive person subject previously involved with altercations with complainant complainant felt threatened by subjects actions. Subject left when security arrived. Subject warned against criminal trespassing on 1/18/08 by Major Steve Martin

02/19	DT	LIB	disorderly conduct assault	Two students were involved in a altercation in the library on campus. The situation was diffused by library security and campus safety. The matter has now been turned over to the dean of students.

02/19	DT	Campus	Fire alarm	Fire alarm went off at the Seminary building due to a short in one of the basement heaters. LMFD showed up and gave the ok to silence the alarm. M/O was on the scene as well.
02/25	DT	Student lot	TBUT Over 300	STUDENT HAD ITEMS TAKEN FROM VEHICLE PARKED IN MAIN STUDENT LOT. SUBJECT APPREHENDED BY POLICE ITEMS RETURNED.
02/25	DT	Student lot	TBUT 300 and Criminal Mischief -  3rd degree	Student came out to vehicle and noticed the driver side door open. Items taking from vehicle was eleven dollars in cash and minor damaged done to the ignition.

03/25	TC	BGB	Possession of Illegal Substance	A member of an off campus organization was taking a test to get certified when they had a seizure. While looking for a contact phone number drugs were found and they were arrested by LMPD after treatment by EMS.

03/31	TC	BGA	TBUT over $300	Memorial bench was stolen from gated area on Wednesday between 12:25 and 12:27pm. Theft was recorded by cameras and given to LMPD detective. Investigation pending.

09/18	DT	JEC	Loitering/Outstanding Warrants LMPD	Corrections Officer working on campus noticed a suspicious male in parking garage. The officer ran the males name through Louisville Metro Police Department and found that he had outstanding Warrants. Subject was arrested.
09/22	DT	Campus	Disorderly Conduct and Student Code Violations	Student became loud and disruptive when approached by staff on cell phone use and continued being disruptive when security approached them. Student is now banned from area until meeting with Dean.
