All students who earned a credential during the Summer 2018, Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters are eligible.

Graduates will need to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony.

There is street parking and garage parking surrounding the commencement venue. Give yourself plenty of time to travel as the ceremony occurs during some of the busiest traffic hours of the day.
Students have already received an email from Jefferson which contains a Survey Gizmo link specifically designed for each graduate to RSVP. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, check your junk mail or deleted items boxes. Also, you should be able to find the email by an inbox search using the word “Jefferson Graduate.”
If you cannot attend, we ask that you open the link to let us know so that we can get an accurate count for all students and their families.
We won't be using physical tickets for entry. This process will be done digitally.

You can pick up your regalia at the Jefferson Bookstore on the Downtown and Southwest Campuses.

No. Summer and Fall 2018 credentials are on campus for pick up at the Records Office, 200 West Broadway, on the Downtown Campus. Spring 2019 credentials will be available in July.
If you live in Jefferson County, Buckner, Clarksville, Crestwood, Goshen, Jeffersonville, LaGrange, Mount Washington, New Albany, Pewee Valley and Shepherdsville, you will need to pick up your credentials from the Records Office on the Downtown Campus. The Records Office will notify you when your credential is available.
