Students who are interested in enrolling in the dual credit program will need to fill out the Dual Credit Enrollment Agreement form.

By completing the Dual Credit Orientation Checklist form, you are verifying that you have read and understand all of the above materials. Please contact your Dual Credit college contact with any questions.
