Technical Assistance:

  • If you need technical assistance, you can submit a Helpdesk Request with our office.
  • When prompted for a username and password you will need to use your active directory account (i.e. jdoe0001) and password.

Employee (Faculty/Staff/Student Worker) Passwords:

  • Password reset for employees can be completed by using the User Account Center.
  • When resetting your password, a minimum of 12 characters are required. No caps or symbols are necessary in the creation of your new password, however, the more difficult you make it the better. You cannot use parts of your name or common words (ie: password).
  • You may test your password strength if you are in doubt.
