Published on May 27, 2026

A group of Jefferson graduates is ready to step directly into the manufacturing workforce after completing the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) program.

FAME is a nationally recognized partnership that allows students to earn an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology while working as Advanced Manufacturing Technicians (AMTs) with employer partners. Students gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing settings while completing their coursework at Jefferson.

This year's Greater Louisville Chapter graduates earned an average GPA of 3.2 while completing six industry credentials in addition to their associate degrees. Graduates will transition directly into careers as Maintenance Technicians.

The graduates were recognized during a ceremony on May 18 at Jefferson's AMIT Center. Graduates included:

  • Lucas Dandurand, who also earned a business certificate
  • Taylor Day
  • Wyatt Drury
  • Aubrey Hayden
  • Jacob Henelly
  • Dilan Hulak
  • Ethaniel Jareecki
  • Zach Keesee, recognized as the FAME Distinguished Graduate
  • Jack Land, who also completed the IET Program at Bluegrass Community & Technical College

In addition to celebrating the graduating class, Jefferson hosted a signing ceremony for its incoming FAME cohort, which is among the largest groups of new students to join the program.
