What is Apprenticeship Studies?

The Apprenticeship Technology program allows only registered apprentice in the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, the International Apprenticeship Committee and/or the Kentucky State Labor Cabinet, Division of Apprenticeship and Training to participate in this apprenticeship program.

What are my degree, diploma, or certificate options?

Each option of this degree program contains four components

  • General Education Core
  • Technical Education Core
  • Technical Education Core
  • Work Experience Core

Associate in Applied Science

  • Apprenticeship Technology: Cabinet/Millwork
  • Apprenticeship Technology: Carpentry
  • Apprenticeship Technology: Millwork

Length of Program

You can earn an associate in applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status.
