What is Toyota T-Ten?
The T-TEN program prepares students to be ASE-certified Toyota and Lexus certified Technicians. Graduates will have skills that are in-demand, even in a slow economy, and have the opportunity to take their careers beyond the technician level. The curriculum includes all courses required for the Automotive Technology program and Toyota specific factory training.

How Do I Apply?
Apply to Jefferson! Students will also be required to complete an interview and the free COMPASS assessment, provided by the college.
- A two-year commitment to training.
- Entry exam in addition to the college's COMPASS assessment.
- An internship before graduation (students alternate 8 weeks in classroom/lab and 8 weeks at a dealership).
- Eight ASE tests.
T-TEN combines classroom study and hands-on dealership experience. Students work with the latest technology, tools, and equipment and graduate with Toyota and industry certifications. T-TEN graduates thrive in high-paying careers working on some leading vehicles in the country.
T-TEN is a world-class training program with the ultimate goal of training and placing Toyota and Lexus certified technicians in a dealership position.

Length of Program
The typical program is two years or five semesters and can lead to an associate’s degree, ASE certifications, and Toyota and Lexus technician training certifications.
