Transfer Evaluation Guidelines
The evaluation of transfer credit determines how Jefferson Community & Technical College will accept another institution's credit toward a credential at Jefferson. Coursework from other colleges and universities is evaluated once all needed college transcripts are on file. Our evaluation team will complete the official evaluation within 14 days of the complete admission file.

You must provide a syllabus for each course being contested to jf-records-office@kctcs.edu. There is no guarantee of acceptance of credit.
Contesting Equivalencies:
If a course did not transfer in a way that was expected, you can appeal a transfer evaluation decision. You must submit a syllabus for each course you want to jf-records-office@kctcs.edu.
