The HUB is committed to transforming the lives of Jefferson students through assistance with meeting basic needs and accessing campus and community resources. The HUB aims to remove non-academic barriers to college success and contributes to educational attainment for all students.
Services of the HUB:
- Connect students to on-campus and community supports.
- Address food insecurity through The Pantry.
- Facilitate applications for the Student Emergency Fund (Do not request a computer with this form).
- Facilitate applications for Student Laptop Requests (Form is currently closed).
- Facilitate applications for Student Desktop Requests.
- Hub Hygiene Form
- Jefferson Stay Safe Application.
- Host events and workshops to promote student well-being.

Hours of Operation:
To ensure the safety of our employees and students, food pickup will be curbside by appointment only! Students will be asked to pull into the HUB Hero parking spot in the semicircle on Chestnut Street where they can complete a curbside pickup of prepackaged groceries.
Appointments will be scheduled each week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm. Distribution days will vary week to week. If you would like to schedule an appointment complete the form below:
How do you make an appointment?
Students should call the HUB Front Desk (502) 213-2560 at least 15 minutes prior to arrival. Students on foot will wait in the lobby of Chestnut Hall on the corner of 2nd and Chestnut Streets, while students in vehicles will pull into the HUB Hero parking space near Chestnut Hall on Chestnut Street. A HUB staff member will bring the student a pre-packaged bag of food that will serve as their monthly pantry supply. Masks are required to be worn by both staff and students.

The HUB is located on the Downtown Campus in room 114 of Chestnut Hall. Chestnut Hall is located at 110 W. Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40202
