Open to enrolled students with a declared major in an Allied Health or Nursing program at Jefferson with an intended career goal of working with senior adults in long-term care. Preference will be given to students enrolled in CNA or OTA programs.

• a description of their career goals
• how this scholarship would help their educational journey
• a description of their financial need
