Are you struggling with test anxiety?  You are not alone!  Research shows that roughly 30-45% of all students struggle with test-related anxiety.

The stress of school can sometimes be overwhelming to cope with.  Deep breathing, meditation, and grounding exercises have been proven to help alleviate stress and anxiety!
