Kentucky Colonels Better Life Scholarship

Open to Jefferson students who are:

• Full-time enrollment status (12 or more credit hours)
• Must be a single parents with at least one child under the age of 12.
• Must be first-time college student (never attended college before).
• A pre-written thank you letter must be submitted with this application addressed to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.

Must demonstrate financial need and have completed a FAFSA for the scholarship award year.

The scholarship is renewable for a second year if the awardees maintain full-time enrollment and satisfactory academic progress toward the completion of their degree.
