Transfer Students

Evaluation of coursework will occur within two weeks of complete admission to Jefferson Community and Technical College for all degree seeking Jefferson transfer students.

Students will be able to view established equivalencies on their PeopleSoft account under "View my Transfer Credit".

Prior to a student's first semester, students should meet with an Advisor for assistance registering and understanding how their transfer credit applies to their Jefferson academic program.
Visiting Students

Although no evaluation of transfer work occurs, copies of unofficial transcripts are necessary to enter organized classes with pre-requisites.

You will need to submit a visiting student letter or official transcript from your home college or university prior to enrollment.
Non-Degree Seeking Students
