Password reset

Password Reset Instructions:

  • STEP 1
  • STEP 2
    • On the first screen you will enter your birthdate and student ID number.
  • STEP 3
    • On the next screen you will be verify your identity using your cell phone or email options.
  • STEP 4
    • Once verified, you will be prompted to change your password.

    • Password Requirements:

      • Must be at least 12 characters in length
      • Cannot use a previous password
      • Suggest using a combination of uppercase, lowercase, special characters, and numbers
      • Should not contain easy to guess words, phrases, or patterns

  • STEP 5
    • Once you type in your password and save it, you are finished.
    • Exit the user support center.
    • Log in to Student Self-Service with your user name and your new password to register for classes.
