ARC Test Scheduling

Students who are approved for exam accommodations have the option to arrange these with their instructor or through the ARC. Students who wish to test with the ARC must adhere to the ARC scheduling and testing policies below.

• Students must schedule any exam they wish to take in the ARC using the form below. They must schedule at least 3 business days in advance of their testing date in order to be guaranteed a seat. Students may be allowed to test in the ARC with less than 3 days notice if they receive permission from ARC staff. Students may request this permission by emailing jf-arc-office@kctcs.edu. 
• Requests to test in the ARC with less than 1 business day's notice will always be denied, excepting special circumstances (e.g. the testing date was changed by the instructor at the last minute). 
• Students who fail to schedule their test with the ARC must reach out to their instructor to get their testing accommodations or to request permission to test at the ARC at a later date.
