Utility Failure
In case of utility failure (electricity, water, gas) immediately contact the campus safety at (502) 213-7777.
If someone is trapped in an elevator, call the campus emergency number above. Be prepared to give:
- Building name
- Floor number
- Room Number (if applicable)
- Nature of problem
- Person to contact or telephone extension
Remain in place until notified by the emergency coordinator to leave or the utility failure is over.
- Emergency lighting is temporary and is not provided to continue building operations.
- Exit corridors, exit stairs or exit door should be evacuated while the emergency lights are on.
