Graduation and Credentials

Credential Information

2025 Graduates: Degrees, diplomas and certificates now ready for pick up! Students in Jefferson County, Anchorage, Buckner, Clarksville, Crestwood, Goshen, Jeffersonville, LaGrange, Louisville, Mount Washington, New Albany, Pewee Valley, Prospect and Shepherdsville will need to come to the JEC Building to pick up your credentials. For students who live outside these areas, Fall 2025 credentials were mailed March 10, 2026.

If you are in need of proof of your graduation, you may order an official or unofficial transcript that will list your earned credentials.

Your official credentials will not be handed out at the ceremony, but will be given to you at a later date.

Please note: Beginning Summer 2023, printed credentials will be stored for two years, and after that time will be destroyed. Students who applied and were awarded in the Summer 2023 term have until October 31, 2025 to pick up their printed credentials. After this time, students will need to request a reprint of their credentials. Reprints are always available for $20 plus a ten week shipping time. Contact us with questions!

If you move, make sure to contact the Records Office to update your address.
